I have 30 years’ experience editing and copy-editing material for both print and online formats. Material has included general nonfiction, marketing material, blog posts, curricular material, program blurbs, proposals and solicitations, academic articles, and memoirs.

Writing

I’ve been a writer even longer than I’ve been an editor. I have extensive experience writing nonfiction pieces and reviewing the arts for print and web.

About Me

An experienced writer and editor, my passion is creating copy that serves the reader, whether to educate or entertain them.

Off the job, I do improvisational comedy with the team Time Bandits and a duo, the Jukes. If you meet me in person, ask to see my snazzy socks – I knit them myself.

I’ve been known to friends as Jeopardy Judy ever since my multi-day appearance on the beloved game show. In any trivia challenge, make sure you get me on your team!
